The Firm has expanded its partnership and professional team on January 1, 2024 with the addition of six new partners, who are briefly introduced below:
- Carlo Braga, admitted to the bar in 1984 and to the Supreme Court in 1997, has extensive experience in civil and administrative law, both as a consultant and in litigation before the Ordinary Judge and the Administrative Justice bodies (Council of State, Regional Administrative Court, Regional Court of Public Waters and Superior Court of Public Waters).
- Mirko Cominini, a civil lawyer, has been dealing with various aspects of litigation since 2014, with particular sensitivity to banking law issues.
- Stefano Vergano, admitted to the bar in 2005, has been collaborating with the Firm since 2012, mainly dealing with civil and commercial consultancy and litigation, including corporate matters, as well as banking litigation.
- Francesca Parmigiani, admitted to the bar in 2011, has been collaborating with the Firm since 2016; she provides consultancy to companies on various aspects, also dealing with environmental issues.
- Marco Pedrini, admitted to the bar in 2017, has been collaborating with the Firm since 2012 and deals with various issues related to corporate extraordinary transactions.
- Andrea Polini, admitted to the bar in 2019, has been collaborating with the Firm since the same year and mainly deals with consultancy in international trade law and tax litigation.
These six professionals share the vision of the founding partners and, through the expression of their different talents, will significantly contribute to the strengthening of the skills, daily commitment to human and professional training on which the Firm is based, with the awareness that the professional activity must continue to be carried out in close harmony with the essential principles that traditionally characterize the Legal Profession, in the belief that a rapidly evolving society requires increasingly diversified skills.
