The processing of personal data will be carried out in accordance with the law, according to the principles of necessity, correctness, lawfulness and transparency, protection of your privacy and rights, limitation of the purpose of processing and storage, data minimization, accuracy and quality of data, data integrity and security.

This information notice does not apply to other websites – not belonging to the Controller – which you may access via banners or other links possibly present on our Website.

Processing operations related to the Website’s services takes place mainly at the aforementioned operational headquarters and are carried out using automated processes and/or by persons authorized to process data and/or by data processors.

 

I. Type and origin of personal data collectedBrowsing data: The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this Website acquire, in the course of their normal operation, certain personal data which are then implicitly transmitted when using Internet communication protocols.

This information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.

This data category includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the Website, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and computer environment. This data is used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the Website and to check its correct functioning and is deleted immediately after processing.

Purposes of the processing – On the basis of your free, explicit and informed consent – or in the other cases of lawfulness processing strictly provided for by the law under Article 6 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 – the Controller informs you that your data will be processed for the following purposes:

    Legal basis: Article 6, lect. f), of Regulation (UE) 2016/679, processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interest pursued to the Controller.
  1. Managing of communications and requests received through the optional, explicit and voluntary sending by the user of e-mails to the addresses indicated on the Website and/or the optional, explicit and voluntary filling of forms and modules on the Website.
    Legal basis: Article 6, lect. b), of Regulation (UE) 2016/679, processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are party or in order to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.

IV. Data processing methods and data protection – Your personal data are processed for the most part through the use of computer tools, by data processors appointed pursuant to Article 28 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 or by persons authorized to data processing – the updated list of data processors may be requested to the following e-mail address: [email protected] – for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they are collected or for any other legitimate related purpose, unless you withdraw your consent, if any. At the end of this period, said data will be stored to comply with specific regulatory or contractual obligations, including those imposed by current civil and tax provisions, as well as for administrative purposes and/or to defend the Controller’s rights. In any case, the Controller undertakes to adopt adequate technical and organisational security measures to prevent the destruction or loss of data, possible unauthorized use and unauthorized access, pursuant to Article 32 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

Your data will not be disclosed in any way, but may be communicated to third parties whose activities are necessary and related to the achievement of the above purposes (such as, without limitation: professionals, competent administrative and judicial authorities, banks and credit institutions, audit firms, insurance companies, national and/or international legal and tax consultancy firms, national and/or international public authorities with the power to do so, companies cooperating with the Controller).

 

V. Data subject’s rights – As data subject, you may at any time exercise your rights pursuant to Articles 15 et seq. of Regulation (EU) 2016/679. In particular, you may ask the Controller to confirm the existence or non-existence of personal data concerning you, to access personal data and to rectify or erase data or to restrict the processing of data concerning you or to object to the processing of data, as well as the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. You will be able to obtain information about the source of personal data and, where appropriate, whether data come from publicly accessible sources. Furthermore, where processing is based on explicit consent, the data subject shall have the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given prior to withdrawal.

This information notice is written in Italian. In the event of any conflict between the Italian version and any translation thereof into another language in connection with construction, the Italian language version shall prevail.
