The Shanghai University of Political Science and Law and Studio Legale Zaglio – Orizio – Braga e Associati have signed a collaboration protocol on the basis of which internship programmes are held annually for young Chinese graduates and lawyers at the Firm, aimed at building the skills and professionalism required by companies operating in the important Asian market.
The collaboration also provides for the conduction of teaching activities by Mr. Matteo Piccinali, Visiting Professor at the Chinese University, with regard to contract and international trade law. Starting from 2020, the Shanghai University and the Firm have launched the training project “The SILC Project – Sino-Italian Law Clinics”, aimed at deepening the knowledge of issues related to new technologies law and art law.

AIFI is the Italian Association of Private Equity, Venture Capital and Private Debt, founded in May 1986.
The association represents financial institutions that invest in unlisted companies and offer flexible debt instruments.
AIFI’s members include funds and specialized management companies (SGRs) that primarily invest in unlisted companies by managing and divesting equity holdings, and that offer flexible, adaptable debt instruments based on the specific needs of each company. These are referred to as “Associati” (Members).
